Contacts folder corrupt?

I have Outlook 2003 on all machines on my network. For
some reason I have had two users where there contacts
folder gets corrupted. They can go to send new mail
message, pick a person from contacts, and every time the
get message is undeliverable. But at the same time they
can type the exact same address in the to line and the
message will deliver. Any Ideas please????

You haven't told us anything yet.
State the precise method by which the email address is selected.
State where the Contact Record resides.
State how the email address appears in the Contact Record.
State the exact error message and when it appears.
