Hi Simon,

This issue is mostly caused that Outlook Address Book is not installed or corrupted. Please follow the steps below to reinstall Address Book.

Step #1: Make sure that Outlook Address Book has been added in Outlook 2003 program
===============
1. Start Outlook 2003.
2. On the Tools menu, click "E-mail Accounts".

3. Choose the 4th option "View or change existing directories or address books", and then click Next.

4. Are you able to find the "Outlook Address Book"? If so, remove it. If not, please continue to 5-7 to add Outlook Address Book.

5. Click Add. Click Additional Address Books, and then click Next.

6. Click Outlook Address Book, and then click Next. Click OK when you receive the message to restart Outlook 2003. Click Finish.
7. Click Exit on the File menu to quit Outlook 2003. Restart Outlook.

Step #2: Show the Outlook Contacts folder in OUtlook Address Book
================
1. In Outlook Folder list, right click the Contacts folder and choose "Properties".
2. Click the Outlook Address Book tab.
3. Click to select the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" check box (if it is not already selected), and then click OK.

If anything is unclear or if you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
