Contacts for Address list ??

Hi,
I have a user that when he tries to access his contacts in
outlook 2003 from the drop down list within the "To"
option, he gets the following error: "The address list
could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have
been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions".

Any suggestions on these? He said he didn't move or delete
the folder associated with it. By the way, what folder is
asscociated with it? Maybe I can do a seach on it.
