I have a user who views the shared contacts of two other users. The is a
problem with the way the contacts are viewed.
On the initial view, the Outlook Users Contacts are set for Address Cards,
and can be viewed normally. The first shared user's Contacts are set for
Detailed Address Cards, and the second shared user's Contacts are set for
Address Cards. When you start Outlook and go directly to the second shared
user's contacts, you can see them properly. Once you change to Outlook
User's Contacts or the first shared user's Contacts, and then return to the
second user's Contacts, instead of the second user's Contacts, the Outlook
user's Contacts are displayed.
I have not been able to find any articles that describe this issue.
I appreciate any help that can be provided.
