'Contacts' not working??

I had a problem with my outlook 2003 and had to recover my personal folders.
Everything seems to be back to normal except for my contacts folder. Whenever
I try to access I get the following error.

"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this
address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you
do not have permissions."

Any help would be appreciated.
