Contacts View Formatting?

On my desktop, in Contacts View, I have the Contact Name highlighted with a
different background color from the rest of the contact items. I also have
a line between columns to define the columns better. For the life of me, I
cannot remember how I accomplished that.

Can someone provide some insights? I want to apply the same formatting to
my desktop.

Both are running WinXP SP2 and Office 2003.

Which View are you in?? eg Address Cards, Phone List, By Category? Which
version?
