(Am using Outlook 2003)
Regarding the the contacts view in Outlook: when double clicking on a
contact, the contact's details show fields for four phone numbers. Is there
a way I can set the phone number fields (i.e. Mobile, Home, Business, Other)
to be the same for each contact? Amending each one separately would be very
tiring!
