Contacts will not show up in word envelop

I installed office xp and now the contacts from outlook will not show up in
word, tools envelops. They did before.

It sounds like your Outlook Address Book Service did not survive the
"install."
Tell us in more detail what you did.
You probably need to reset your Outlook Address Book Service.
