We are supposed to know what was that undescribed error message? Don't
summarize an error message. Don't paraphrase an error message. Don't
truncate an error message. SHOW the error message.
Also, if the error message is actually an e-mail (which means it was NOT
an error message issued by Outlook) then indicate if the NDR
(non-delivery report) e-mail was sent by your mail host or by the
receiving mail host (i.e., show the Received headers if the content of
the body is unclear as to WHO sent the e-mail).
