Views don't affect the Activities tab. What does affect it are the settings
for the activities groups themselved, which are managed on the Properties
dialog for the contacts folder.

I checked the individual contact, current view, "filter" tab was not clickable.

I checked the contacts folder, the filter was off.

Still, I can not get all the activities. Only deleted items, not sent...

Best Regards, and thanks

Check this setting: Click on Tools > Options > Preferences tab > E-mail Options
button, verify that "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder" is enabled.

I interpreted his problem as just being able to see a subset of all
Contacts...that's why I suggested checking the filter.

Thanks for your help.

What version of Outlook are you running?

But Activities tab views don't have filters. NHH still needs to check the
settings for the particular activities group that he's looking at -- by
using the PRoperties dialog for the contacts folder.

That info really helps. I'm using Outlook 2002, so my advice may not apply to
version.

Good luck.
