[no name]

In Contacts, when inserting phone numbers for country/region drop down list
only shows United States, and I know that before I had a list of all
countries. Please explain where can I restore this.

Version? Is your regional setting US in Control Panel? How are you
formatting the number? Did you check the option to prefix the number with
the Country Code?
