Contacts

In Outlook 2010 when I start a new email and "hit" the "To" the
suggested contacts pops up. The names I use daily aren't there and so
I want the popup to be the Contacts, not the Suggested Contacts.

Is this possible somehow?

Don't hit the To: but rather type the first letter of your contact into that line.
See what happens

I get a drop-down list of possible contacts. A "S" gives me 11 names
to choose from, a "J" produces 8 names, etc.

What I want to happen is either

1) a particular name to appear as a suggested contact or

2) for all the contacts to appear, not just the "suggested ones", so
I can choose the one(s) I want.

I suppose if I knew how some contacts came to be "suggested" I might
solve the problem.
