I have my contacts in Access and can update my Outlook contact list from
Access.
How can I send a message to my contacts so that all the contacts get an
individual message picked from a field in its Access post?

If all the data is in Access, then use the Access table as the data source
for a word mail merge.

Do a mail merge to electronic mail.

Use the BCC field in Outlook to insert the recipients addresses.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

BCC = Blind carbon copy (held over from typewriter and carbon paper days).
Use View=BCC option if using the Outlook editor or Options dropdown if using
Word.
