container question!!

My Uncle has a tablet he's using for medical purposes (keeping records
for his chiropractic practice). something he wants to do is circle/
make notes on the containers he's written in (ie circle certain words
or make written notes on the typed containers). Any Ideas guys?

Can I assume you mean containers in OneNote? If so, there's no reason why
he can't use the pen and circle/annotate on the OneNote page.
