Contect of the email disappear

As the subject spoken, my client received a email which all the contect have
been disappeared only remain a attachment.
I have check the orginal email, it contain the contect and attachment and
send to my client and cc to another peoples.
What is the problem of this case?

Care to be less vague? State your client's Outlook version, account type,
version of Windows, and an EXACT description of just what the client sees
and which window and view s/he is examining.
