Tip now out is: Title Attributes (tags) in FrontPage

They are primarily for FrontPage 2003 but will be good
for earlier versions too.

Thanks a lot, but unfortunately we need to use free ware or what ever we
already have from Microsoft

You could have given that info in the first email .. it's also nice to sign
your emails!

Try the ms addon site there are lots of web parts there that are free you
might find a cms. Just google for the link.
