Content of a variable, whose name is in a string

In a table, I have the answers of a research.
The fields have the following structure:

Resp01 - Answer of the question 01
Resp02 - Answer of the question 02

Resp14 - Answer of the question 14


For the a registration, I have

Resp01 = yes "
Resp02 = no "
.....
Resp14 = yes "



As I do to obtain that a function comes back the content of the field
Resp01, if I want " to set up " your name, in other words,
