I am using MS-Word to prepare technical documents for publication. Since these will be dual purposed (hardcopy & electronic) I have to deal with insuring that in the printed version new Sections start on a odd page. In a double-side print the presence of a blank page facing the new Section is not a major issue. However, in the electronic version this blank page presents a page containing nothing. Not even a header/footer so it looks like a error to the user
Questions
#1. Is there a way to force Word to put the appropriate (for the Section) header/footer on every page even if the page is "created" by Wods's pagination
#2. Is there a way to force Word to use a standard "blank page" that can include some text like "This page left intentionally blank"
Since the use of Word has become very widespread for document publication having to work around this kind of problem for every document is not a fun thing to do.
