Content Type lost when creating document with SharePoint Workflow

Hello,
I use a SharePoint Workflow to create a new document (word 2007) in a
sharePoint Library. The workflow also sets the content type in the library.

Two issues:
1. when the template of the library is word-document (2007) word cannot open
the created document (undefined error)
2. when the template of the library is word 2003 word can open the document,
but the content type is missing, its just an emtpy document. For the content
types I tried with *.dot and *doc (2003) and also with the 2007 equivalents,
it does not matter which format the content type template has.

So I have no chance to open a content type based document, which has been
created through a workflow.
When I create a new document in direct in the library, all is well with
every combination.

All Systems are Beta 2 TR in german.

Any Ideas? Bug?

btw, hope this is the right newsgroup? Word or SharePoint issue, I cant
define...
