Continous clicking heard when trying to log on to PS

Hi all.

Some workstations and strangely not all are having problems loggin
into Project Server from Microsoft Project. When they try to log onto
the Project Server from Microsoft Project, the login screen is
displayd with no txt and a continous clicking sound is hreard, By
using the task manager and killing MS project, we can login but only
after trying for about 10 or 15 times.

Has anyone had the same problem.
I read somwhere that the pop up blocker inIIE might be the couse but i
have disabled that feature but no luck. I am using Windows login /
pass but i have not syncronized the AD.

The clicking is likely due to the sounds package applied to IE. Disabling
popup blockers isn't always a cure. For instance, if you use the Google
toolbar, you must uninstall it completely before the problem clears up.
