Continous Refresh from database

I'm new to Visio. I've created a visio drawing where the
shapes gets refreshed from the database automatically. I
would like to know is how can I refresh the drawing every
20 minutes. I tried to set the 'Refresh Drawing Interval
(sec)' to 1200 seconds, but the drawing continuously
refresh with only a few seconds in between refresh.
