Continue on a new slide

Hello,

Is there a short-cut I can use so that when I am finished with one
slide I can add a new slide with the *same* title?

For now, I have to create new slide with Ctrl-m, and then cut and paste
the title. Another option is when the current slide is full, I can
access a context menu at the border of the current slide and click on
"Continue on a new slide" - this gives me a new slide with the same
title as the previous one. But of this options are not so convinient.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

A couple of ways that I know of:
1) Flip from the slide miniatures to the outline on the left side of the
screen. Copy the title and paste it in the outline. You may need to demote
it one (shift tab)
2) Use either Insert--> Duplicate slide (from the insert menu) or ALT-I-D
(keyboard) to insert a duplicate slide. Click in the text placeholder, do
CTRL-A to select the text, and hit the delete key. This will get rid of the
existing text so that you can add new text.
