Continued login prompt when opening Microsoft Project Web Access

We are having a problem with a few users constantly getting prompted
for login and password when going to Project web from their
workstations.
The problem does not occur, when they go to another workstation or use
a terminal server to access Project web.
All of these affected users are local admins, and it only happens to a
handful.
The office web components have also been installed.
Users are setup to use their windows account login and password.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there a known entry in the registry that can be changed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the URL for the Project Server is listed on their computer as an
IE Trusted Site and that the zone settings are "default" a.k.a. "Low". We've
had some people mysteriously lose this settings.
