Our Exchange environment is hosted by another agency; it is Exchange 2007 an

utilizes a different domain account and password scheme than our workstations
Our users must use two different usernames and passwords, one for login to th
workstations and one for login to outlook. When the account for exchange ha
password expiration our users receive the prompt to change their password i
Outlook, (Outlook 2003)
However, if they change the password via Outlook it does not work correctl

locks them out of their machine and their outlook environment. So both hel
desks receive a call
We need the ability to disable the password change prompt in Outlook 2003
