Continuous audio in powerpoint

can anyone tell me how i can run my audio file to play continuously
throughout my presentation? It stops and starts after each slide!?

Please avoid starting a new thread for the same question. I answered your
earlier question (by pointing to the PPT FAQ page:
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00047.htm). You have responded that the
information on that page didn't work for you. If you start a new thread,
other respondents (who are likely to give the same advice) won't have that
context, so you can keep asking your question over and over again and
continue to get the same unhelpful advice, or you can stick to the orginal
thread and hope someone has new insight.

Now, I have noticed a third thread where Echo is answering this question.
In that thread, you mention PowerPoint 2002. In that thread, Echo thinks
you might have tried putting the sound on the slide master, rather than on
the first slide.
