Continuous form - back color

Hi
At Continuous form, How i can change the back color from All fields at
the same record, When one field from the record got focus!
The format- format conditions change only the back color from the selected
field ?

Use conditional formatting for each field and tell it to look at the value
of the field you wish to evaluate.
