I keep appointments in calendar, at the end of the year, I want to print them
out. I change view to that category, highlight them all and I can print them,
but I keep notes in them and it might only be 1 line which means it takes a
page of paper to print the header info (Date, Subject etc.) and that one line
of notes. So, I'm using reams of paper at the end of the year. Is there a way
to chose a category, export them so I can edit them in Word and then print
them, or get it to print continuous rather than putting in a page break after
each appointment?
