control key doesnt work

hi

when i try to attach files i cant use control key to attach two or more
files at one time
control key works with other programs

i could not find anything in tools>options or in google

The CTRL key has to be pressed throughout the entire operation.. are you
doing that?..

yes i do
i could do this before
but without any change on my computer
this problem occured

i tried altgr key because it does the same thing but it also did not work

OK.. go to mouse properties in Control Panel and see if the CTRL key is set
to show the position of the mouse cursor when pressed..

If this doesn't work, please let us know what application you are
using and what function within that application you are using. Some
dialogs only allow one file to be selected, while other allow
multiple.

sorry i forgot.
i am using outlook xp and when attaching files to a new mail i cant use
control key to attach two or more files at one time
i attach a file and then i click on attach button and attach another because
i cant select other files with control or alt gr keys
