Control nor ptroperly licensed

Hi,

I'm trying to create a custom form in Outlook 2002.
I created a message form then added a microsoft spreadsheet
in the body. When I try to save the form, the message:
"One or more control is not properly licensed"

Deleting the spreadsheet control allows me to save.

My Office XP Pro has already been activated.
Any idea on this problem is greatly appreciated.
