I am using Outlook 2003 - Pop - No Exchange Server
When I want to attach a picture, I "insert", but it shows in the attachments
section BEFORE the "Attachment Options" dialog appears that would allow me
to resize the pictures to a more acceptable size
What am I doing wrong ?
