controlling the logon dialog box

Hi

I just wanted to know if i can customize the logon dialog
box which appears at the start ..so that when the user is
validated and is a genuine user..it should do all the
procedures for that user at that time..instead of that
happening at form load event.

Also i would like to change the dialog box colors, text
etc.

Don't think so: that fires up before Access is fully loaded.
