Controls On Form Are Overlaid By Message Body (on a sent email)

Created a custom form based on a message. It has new controls between the
Subject and Message body controls (I resized the message box to make room).
It also has 3 tabs with controls on each tab. I save and publish the form
with no problems then:

(1) I go under "new form" and select my form.
(2) I fill it in with data.
(3) I send it to myself.
(4) It appears in my Inbox.

Here's the problem - when I open the sent form in my Inbox, I see the tabs
and data I sent just fine...BUT the controls I put in between the SUBJECT
and MESSAGE BODY controls appear to be overlaid by the message body!!! I
know the data is really IS there because if I choose to "forward" the email
message the data suddenly appears on the forwarding instance of the email.
But it is still appears as "overlaid" on the original browsed message. How
can I get ALL the data to display when opening (i.e. browsing or previewing)
the email message of my form???

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Mike
