ControlTip does not show up

I have placed control tips on several buttons that run reports. Some of the
tips show up just fine, others do not show up.

I have walked through the properties to see if I could spot differances in
from the button tips that are working with no luck. Can anyone point me in
the right direction on this?

Jacqueline,

First port of call... select the button and then click 'Bring To Front' on
the Format menu.

That did it, thanks so much I was going cross-eyed trying to figure out what
I had done differently. You saved my eye sight! :)
