Contxcts in address book

How do i get all of my contacts into address book

There is no address book. The address book is just a view of your Contacts,
so they're already there once you configure the view:

if i go to tools and address book it brings up my folders contacts etc. but
the problem is if i go to tools and address book then contacts the only
contacts that show up are ones that have an email address i don not see the
contacts that have just a mailing address

Of course.
Why would you need a mailing address to send an electronic message?
