Conver 2003 files to 2007?

Do you need to convert 2003 background styles from 2003 to get them to work
in 2007? If so, what needs to be done?

No. However you may not be able to edit them. I'm having a problem on one
particular 2003 file in 2007. Another file I have edits fine. Odd stuff.
