Conversations and Rules

Is there someway that I can set up a rule through the
Rules Wizard or otherwise that will delete all previous e-
mails in a converastion except the last . For example, if
I were to send you an e-mail and cc myself, then you were
to respond to that e-mail I want Outlook to take the e-
mail that I sent and delete it and only keep the response
e-mail in my Inbox.
