Conversion from 97 to 2000 deleted all my tables, etc.

Help! When I converted from 97 to 2000 all my tables,
queries, etc. have disappeared. Any way to retrieve
them. My database name stayed the same even though I
choice a different name for the converted file. I now
have two blank files.
