Conversion from Capital to Small

Hi:
Word 2000.

I accidently typed some of letter/words in Capital Letter and when I changed
them to 'Regular/Small,' there is NO easy way to do, even though I
highlighted all of Capital Letters in my attempts to make them all in
Small/Regular.

How to convert from Capital Letter to Small/Regular in simplest way?
