Conversion from Mac to PC loses worksheets

I have Excel v.X. My instructore has Office 2000 Suite.
He sent me a spreadsheet that has multiple worksheets. I
saved the spreadsheet, made my modifications, and sent it
back to him. He now says he can open up the file, but all
of the worksheets don't appear (as tabs) at the bottom.

Does anyone know if there is some kind of conversion issue
that may cause this? Maybe it has something to do with
what's in the spreadsheet. I do run the Data Analysis
Toolpak to do some calculations before I send it back to him.

Thanks,

Chad

The file format for Office 2000 and Office v.X are identical, so it's
not a conversion. Nor should the ATP add-in have anything to do with
this.

Sounds like the file may be corrupt. Try copying the sheets to a new
workbook (copy each sheet using CMD-A, CMD-C, then pasting into a sheet
in the new workbook).

Hi,

Ask your instructor to click the "maximize" button on the worksheet window
in his Excel program. Your instructor could also reposition the worksheet
window high enough on the screen so that the buttons on the worksheet are
visible.

Unfortunately, your instructor needs a basic course in how to use Microsoft
Windows.
