Conversion of flowcharts from Micrografx flowcharter ver.7 to Visi

Is there any conversion utility to convert Micrografx flowcharter ver.7
flowcharts into visio2003 ? Visio2003 is running on WindowsXP machine.

Converts to Visio 2000. 2003 will be able to read these files.
