Convert ACT 6.0 contacts to Outlook 3000

I want to purchase the Samsung i600 (Verizon)for its
speech recognition feature. However, I am an Act 6.0 user
and will need to convert to Outlook. Will Outlook 3000
convert my Act 6.0 files? Any comments on the i600 phone?
