convert csv to qif in Excel 2008

Does anyone know of any way to convert a csv file to qif or ofx? This is for
use in a finance software programme. I have found a paid programme and also
macros written for other versions of Excel, but nothing for Excel 2008.

There are no macros for Excel 2008, so I don't expect you'll find anything.
