Convert Dialog will not appear PowerPoint 2003 SP3 on WinXP

Hi,

Has anyone else come across an issue with embedded objects in Powerpoint
2003 SP3 running on WinXP, where clicking edit|<object>|Convert will not show
the convert dialog? In my investigation, I have come across an article that
suggests Norton Antivirus can be the cause due to its script scanning and MS
Office plugin. However, I am NOT running Norton Antivirus. I am running
Mcafee and even uninstalling it does not help. I do NOT have the same issue
with Word or Excel.

Any help please. Much appreciated.
