convert email to pdf outlook

how do you convert a group of emails to a pdf file. I used to be able to do
it, but can't seem to recreate the process. The pdf file actually had an
index and all attachments were preserved.

Not an Outlook question. You need a PDF-creating program on your PC.
CutePDF is a good one.
