Convert Enable 4.0 files

I have some old Enable 4.0 spreadsheet files (*.ssf) which I need to convert
to Excel. I currently have Office 97 - I did a search online for conversion
filters but have been unable to find any. Does anyone have any ideas or can
anyone point me in the right direction to find conversion files/capabilities.
