CONVERT EXCEL DATA INTO WEB PAGE

Hi

I saved a link
say "http://www.view4cash.com/scripts/runner.php?
EA=200407270915127264" in excel as a web page. Now on
viewing that web page , to open this link in new window, I
have to place mouse on that link and right click the mouse
and select the oprion 'Open in New Window'. I need some
help that automatically that option must be saved while
converting data from excel into web page.
