convert excel files from office 200o to office 2008

I recently installed office 2007 and all my excel files show as a blank page.
I copen them and a window asks which program to use. I select excel 2007
and they open. Is there any way to convert them all to 2007 version so they
just open and the attched icon shows they have an operating program attached?

Right-click on a file, choose "Open With". Make sure the box "Always open
etc etc" at the bottom is checked and then select Excel 2007...
