convert excel spread sheet into txt.cvs document

Does anyone know how I can convert this file. I would like to import the
information into a scheduling software but it needs to be txt file.

Know of any good scheduling software this one may not work out?

File>Save As>Save As Type.

Choose *.csv or *.txt

Or copy the data into NotePad
