Convert / Filter / Add-in / Plug-in

I have exhausted GOOGLE / Yahoo etc. for a solution.

I don't have Publisher.
I was sent a Publisher file.
I need to open this with another program.
I have: WORD, QUARKXPRESS, PAGEMAKER
I don't have Publisher.

I have tries the MS-Publisher Conversion Utility for Pagemaker without
success.

I can see the preview of the publisher file in the Insert File thumbnail
window from within WORD, but it doesn't convert the file or apply the same
filter as it uses for the preview.
I only get garbage spread over 3000 plus pages on import.

Did I mention the I DON'T have Publisher?

There is no Publisher viewer for any version. You can get the trial version of
Publisher, after the trial runs out it will function as a viewer.
