convert FP3 file to Access file?

I am running under Windows XP. I have a music database file in Fox Pro
FileMaker 4 (FP3). File Maker will not work in Windows XP. I would like to
convert the FP3 file into my Access database. How can I convert or import the
file into Access.

You should export to Filemaker to (delimited) ASCII the import that new file
into access. Dont be tempted (as I was) to save the Filemaker as an excel
file or will (as I did) lose a load of data

Enjoy
